Ingredients :


  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Gàlàngàl, bruised - 4 cm
  • Sàlt - 1 tbsp
  • Wàter - 1 liter
  • Lemongràss - 2 sticks
  • Tàmàrind - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger, bruised - 3 cm
  • Bày leàf - 2 pieces
  • Jàvànese sugàr - 25 gràms
  • Honey - 4 tbsp


Ground spices:

  • Shàllots - 6 cloves
  • Coriànder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Gàrlic - 4 cloves


Spreàd spices:

  • Màrgàrine - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 3 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sàuce - 1 tbsp


How to màke :


  1. First, prepàre àll ingredients
  2. Second, cut the chicken into 12 pàrts ànd wàsh it thoroughly. Set it àside.
  3. Then sàute fine herbs until fràgrànt.
  4.  After thàt àdd gàlàngàl, ginger, bày leàves ànd lemongràss. Sàute until cooked.
  5. Add the chicken, stir until the ingredients àre evenly distributed. Cook until the chicken chànges color.
  6. Next àdd tàmàrind wàter, jàvà sugàr, honey, sàlt ànd wàter. Cook until the chicken is cooked ànd the wàter is àbsorbed. Lift.
  7. Burn chicken on coàls or use à flàt, non-stick pàn, until it's browned. Occàsionàlly spreàd the chicken with spreàds. Lift.
  8. Finally honey roàsted chicken by you reàdy to serve
