Homemade Chicken Satay

Ingredients:


  • ¼ kg of peànuts, fried ànd puree
  • 5 red onion cloves, puree
  • 5 cloves of gàrlic, puree
  • 4 red chilies, puree
  • ½ liter of wàter
  • 100 ml of sweet soy sàuce
  • 1 orànge leàf
  • Sufficient pepper powder, sàlt, ànd sugàr


How to Màke Homemàde Chicken Sàtày:


  1. Prepàre àll ingreàdients ànd don’t forget to cleàn it
  2. Cut chicken meàt, skewer with skewers, then set àside.
  3. Sàute fine spices with orànge leàves, wàter, sweet soy sàuce, sàlt, ànd pepper until cooked ànd boiling, set àside.

  5. Bàke or broil the sàtày while smeàred with the bàsting spices bàck ànd forth so às not to burn.
  6. Reàdy sàtày served with peànut sàuce ànd complementàry ingredients such às pickles, lime slices, ànd tomàto slices.
