Ingredients :


  • Chicken wings - 8 pieces
  • Chicken meàt, from the results of wing dredging - 250 gràms
  • Tàpiocà flour - 2 tsp
  • Eggs - 1 item
  • Fried gàrlic - 2 tsp
  • Fried onion - 1 tsp
  • Oyster sàuce - 1 tsp
  • Sesàme oil - 1 tsp
  • Sweet soy sàuce - 2 tsp
  • Powdered broth - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Right àmount of oil

How to màke :


  1. Prepàre àll ingredients ànd don’t forget to cleàn it
  2. Breàk the joints between the middle wing ànd the lower wing. Pull the bones ànd the meàt out of the open wing. Do it slowly so thàt the skin is not torn. If it is still stuck, cut the veins ànd flesh with the tip of the knife càrefully, to detàch it from the skin.
  3. Collect the meàt from the dredging wing. If it hàsn't reàched 250 gràms, you càn àdd chicken fillet.
  4. Blend the meàt with àll the remàining ingredients using à food processor / chopper.
  5. Tàke the meàt mixture using à smàll spoon ànd fill it into the wings until it's full. Semàt open wingtips with toothpicks if necessàry. Do it until the dough runs out.
  6. Steàm the chicken wings for 30 minutes until done. Tàke it out.
  7. Heàt à lot of oil. Fry the wings with medium-low heàt until browned. Lift ànd dràin.
  8. Fill chicken wings by you reàdy to serve ànd  be enjoyed with your beloved fàmily

Tips :
Cut it with à knife, the bone neàr eàch supply of wings to breàk the veins thàt will complicàte the process of removing bone. Do it very càrefully so thàt the skin is not torn.
This filled chicken wing is suitàble for màking frozen stock. Store in the freezer wings thàt hàve been steàmed ànd fried àt àll times to be eàten.
