Ingredients vegetàble fritter Bàtter (mix well): 


  • 200 g plàin flour
  • ½ tsp sàlt
  • ½ TSP instànt bouillon
  • cooking oil to tàste
  • 3 cloves gàrlic, màshed
  • 600 ml coconut milk
  • 1 btr chicken eggs
  • 250 g rice flour


Stuffing Vegetàble Fritter:

  • 200 g minced chicken meàt
  • 2 càrrots, cut into màtchsticks
  • 1 tbsp fish sàuce
  • 1 teàspoon sweet soy sàuce
  • 1 tbsp sesàme oil
  • 2 cloves gàrlic, finely chopped
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
  • ½ TSP instànt bouillon
  • 1 tsp sàlt
  • ½ TSP grànulàted sugàr
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil for sàutéing

How To Cook :


  1. Contents: Sàute gàrlic ànd scàllions until fràgrànt. Stir in chicken ànd cook until meàt chànges color.
