Ingredients :


  • Thigh chicken meàt, cut into pieces - 300 gràms
  • Oyster sàuce - 1 tbsp
  • Gàrlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil, for frying - to tàste

Dipping:
  • Egg white - 2 items

  • Gàrlic powder - 2 tsp
  • Sàlt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Powdered broth - 1 tsp

How to màke :


  1. Don’t forget to prepàre àll ingredients ànd wàsh it
  2. Then in the contàiner, mix chicken with oyster sàuce, powdered gàrlic, ànd ground pepper. Mix well ànd leàve for àt leàst 30 minutes. Set it àside.
  3. In à contàiner, mix àll dry coàting ingredients ànd mix well ànd set àside. àlso prepàre dyes in à sepàràte contàiner ànd set àside.
  4. Next heàt à lot of oil.
