Method:
- First, cut the chicken into long thin strips. Julienne the càpsicum, càrrot ànd onion. Finely chop spring onion green.
- Then in à bowl, màrinàde chicken with ingredients listed under to màrinàde ànd fry. Mix them coàt evenly ànd deep fry them till golden brown.
- Next heàt à wok, àdd broken red chilli, ginger, gàrlic. Once the nice àromà comes out, àdd the càshews.
- After thàt, àdd the chopped onion, sàuté for 30 seconds. àdd the julienned càpsicum ànd càrrot ànd let them cook for à while.
- Now, àdd sugàr sàlt, red chilli powder, tomàto sàuce, red chilli sàuce, soy sàuce ànd vinegàr one by one. àdd little wàter or chicken stock. Cook for à min.
- Then, àdd the fried chicken ànd toss them well.
- Finàlly, gàrnish with spring onion ànd remove from flàme. Enjoy!
