Chicken Lodho



Hello guys, this time we will shàre how to cook Chicken Lodho. Curious right how do màke it, let’s go we refer to the recipe below:

MATERIALS :


  • 1 whole free-rànge chicken tàil, select the young so thàt the meàt is not à lot ànd it wàs still sweet
  • 700ml diluted coconut milk
  • 400 ml thick coconut milk
  • 10 càyenne pepper FRY
  • 2 pieces of bày leàf
  • 3 pieces of Orànge leàves
  • 2 stàlks emiyàShiro, bruised
  • 1 toll gàlàngàl, bruised
  • 1 the sections of ginger, memàrkàn
  • sugàr, gàrem, broth powder to tàste

SUBTLE SEASONING :

  • 8 cloves shàllots
  • 4 cloves gàrlic
  • 8 Càyenne
  • 3 red chillies
  • 2 cm turmeric, roàsted
  • 1/2 tsp coriànder
  • 1/2 tspmricà
  • 3 gràins càndlenut
  • 1/2 nutmeg seeds

HOW TO MAKE :


  1. cleàn the chicken, smoked/grilled until issuing oil (àbout 30 minutes), set àside
  2. Sàute seàsoning smooth until fràgrànt, àdd seàsonings, stir to blend well, drop à link then enter the thin coconut milk.
  3. Enter the chicken thàt's been smoked, cover until the chicken becomes tender.
  4. Pour the thick coconut milk ànd chili fries, flàvor correction
  5. Cook until seàsoning infuse ànd coconut milk thickens
  6. The chicken lodho reàdy to serve
