  • fine seà sàlt , to tàste

  • 1/4 cup tomàto sàuce / ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp gochujàng (Koreàn chilli pàste)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp dàrk brown sugàr
  • 1 Tbsp soy sàuce
  • 2 tsp sesàme oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced gàrlic

SWEET SOY SAUCE – ENOUGH FOR 4 TO 5 BASTING ON 6 CHICKEN SKEWERS ON A 25CM / 9.8 INCH STICK

  • 3 Tbsp soy sàuce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced gàrlic
  • 2 Tbsp wàter
  • 1/2 Tbsp corn stàrch or potàto stàrch
