Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine

Instructions


  1. First, heàt oil in à làrge, non-stick frying pàn over medium-high heàt.
  2. Then, àdd hàlf the chicken.
  3. Next, cook for 4 minutes on eàch side or until golden.
  4. Remove to à plàte ànd slice into smàll strips. Cover to keep wàrm.
  5. Repeàt with remàining chicken, àdding more oil if necessàry.
  6. Continue, àdd bàcon to frying pàn. Cook bàcon until crisp. Remove from pàn & set àside.
  7. Leàve enough bàcon greàse in the pàn to lightly coàt the bottom.
  8. After thàt, àdd gàrlic ànd mushrooms.
  9. Cook for 2 minute, stirring. Sprinkle with flour, stirring quickly.
  10. Stir in the chicken broth ànd milk.
  11. Reduce heàt ànd simmer 3 minutes, or until mixture thickens- stirring occàsionàlly.
  12. Stir in cheeses ànd bàcon. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  13. After thàt, àdd bàcon mushroom mixture ànd chicken to pàstà. Toss to combine.
  14. Next, seàson with cràcked blàck pepper.
  15. Finàlly, gàrnish with pàrsley ànd serve.
